The heart behind Ember
I’m Stacey Tyler, BSN, RN. My background spans critical care, nursing education, long-term care, and nine years of travel nursing. I’m also an Air Force veteran and mom to four daughters.
Helping my own family navigate confusing care showed me the gap between receiving information and knowing what to do next. Ember grew from that gap: a way to help individuals, families, and loved ones understand, organize, and move forward.

Yes. The person receiving support is central to the conversation. We listen to what matters to you, help you prepare questions and express your preferences, and involve family or loved ones with your permission. When a representative is needed, we still include your voice and preferences as fully as possible.
Ember Clarity is $1,200. Consult is $200 per 60 minutes. Solutions is $1,500/month for 3 months. Continuity is $2,600/month with a 3-month minimum. After is $800. Ember Medical Bill Review is a $350 add-on. Private starts at $4,400/month by consultation.
No. Founded by a registered nurse. Ember provides health navigation and education, not medical care or medical advice. Ember does not diagnose or prescribe. Medical decisions remain with your treating team.
Yes. Family members or friends can share the cost. For example, three loved ones could split Ember Clarity at $400 each. Discuss payment arrangements with Stacey before the session.
Ember offers virtual health navigation and education nationwide. Join on your own, or invite family members and loved ones from different locations. It is not medical care.
That is enough. You can use your Ember Plan on your own or with the people you choose to involve. Additional support is optional.
